Technical Skills

Dead Eye:
Roland is legendarily gifted marksman with most conventional firearms, though less so with the specialized transforming firearms usually wielded by hunters. He is capable of striking accurately at great distances, even with weapons that would not usually be considered appropriate for the task, such as being able to shoot a moving target with a revolver at almost a kilometer away. Possibly even more impressively, Roland is capable of pulling off ludicrously improbable "trick shots" by ricocheting rounds off of nearby objects and terrain, and even firing accurately at targets outside his field of view through the use of his other senses.

Quick hands:
Roland is capable of drawing, firing, and returning to its holster any of his weapons in less than two-fifths of a second, without compromising in accuracy, at least in line of sight shots. In addition to this superhuman feat, he is so familiar with his weapons that he can dismantle, rebuild, and reload his chosen weapons even when wielding a weapon in both hands, and without the use of his eyes.

Ambidextrous:
Roland has no preferred hand, and is considered to be neither right nor left handed. He can perform any task he would normally be capable of with either hand without suffering a penalty.

Survivalist:
Roland spent many years as a scout for the Gilead Rangers, and as a result can rough it quite comfortably when he needs to. He is able to navigate, provide clothing, food and shelter, and perform wilderness first aid, using only the resource available in the wilderness. It is often said of Roland that he could be dropped naked into the Mantlian highlands in the dead of winter with nothing but a loaded pistol and find his way back to civilization, even if it took several months to make the journey.

Equipment

Dual Peacekeepers:
Roland carries a matching pair of anachronistic double action revolvers. Each can load up to six rounds of custom-tooled dust based ammunition. Made of luminously shiny silver and polished sandal-wood, they are beefy, sturdy and comparatively simple in construction in comparison to typical hunter arms, such that they can double as effective implements of bludgeoning should the enemy somehow make it into melee range, though in these cases Roland will often resort to one of his other weapons.

Coyote:
A triple short-barreled break action shotgun, with a shortened stock and swayed back pistol style grip. Though more or less useless at anything great than 50m, Coyote i can chamber and fire up to three 10 gauge dust slugs simultaneously and packs a devastating punch. Even the largest foes seldom outlast two bursts from this weapon, in fact on account of the spread of damage typical of the weapon's design, the larger the target, the more deadly the shot.

Custom ammunition:
Due to the volatile nature of dust and the unpredictable effects of combining it in the field, (and to make my life easier as i try to write Roland), Roland rarely, if ever, chooses to load his weapons with more than one type of dust at a time, but will often chamber a different ammo type in each weapon.

Fire,
Fire rounds do exactly what one might expect, they pack a solid punch and can set targets ablaze. These rounds serve as the primary ammunition for all of Roland's weapons, and function more or less as conventional high caliber ballistics.

Ice,
These rounds function as a "less-lethal" alternative to the fire rounds, and while still packing enough of a punch to do serious injury, encase targets in frost and ice instead of burning them to death.

Lightning,
Lightning rounds impart electrical damage in favor of physical, and while lacking any actual stopping power, when fired in concert they produce archs of electrical discharge between targets and airborne rounds for a few moments after impart. These rounds serve as a great means of crowd control.

Bandoleers:
Roland wears a set of four fully loaded bandoleers, two across the chest and two across the hips, replete with the various types of ammunition he uses. These belts give easy access to rounds in order to replenish Roland's ammunition just as quickly as he can expend it. Any encounter that outlasts Rolands supply of ammunition was likely lost from the outset.

Hat and "Dust"er:
Roland wears a dust treated cowboy hat and military duster. Each provide minor protection from physical harm, and are fire resistant.

Semblance

 
Gunslinger:
As a multi-talented and driven individual who is often embroiled in far more than one might consider possible or healthy Roland often finds himself at need for an extra set of hands... or three.

Roland's semblance when used while his hands are empty allows him to manifest up to two extra pairs of arms. Said arms are composed of Roland's aura and are vaguely translucent, each capable of moving independently and acting on it's own just as if they were Roland's normal arms. Any object held in Roland's hands at the time of the manifestation is also copied and reproduced as an aura composed duplicate. Said arms can be damaged and shattered if they sustain enough damage, but can be re-manifested again after a few moments of recovery.

If the object being duplicated is a weapon that uses ammunition, Roland can expend one round of the weapon's current unspent ammo to manifest an additional arm which is in turn imbued with the elemental properties of the ammunition expended. The copied weapon can be fired once as if it were the original, but to fire again a second round of ammo must be spent.

Because expended rounds remain in the chamber of the original weapon,  becoming empty casings as if they had been fired normally, this can cause problems in the cases of weapons that use a magazine to load their rounds, being that these dead rounds remain in the clip and can cause the weapon to jam. For this reason Roland prefers weapons that can have their ammunition chambered individually, such as break action or cylinder fed mechanisms. However, this does not mean that Roland cannot make use of his semblance with a magazine fed system.

Roland can maintain one extra set or arms more or less indefinitely for use in mundane tasks, and up five extra pairs,(12 in total, including the originals) for 10-15 minutes. The shattering of these arms is painful for him, being that Roland has complete sensory awareness of the created arms, and it reduces his aura reserves to replace them, reducing the total manifestation time by 1-2 minutes.

Should Roland choose to manifest more than twelve extra arms, when, for example, wielding a weapon with an exceptionally large magazine, he can only maintain the manifestation for about 6 seconds, and must expend the entire weapon's clip, manifesting as many arms as that will allow. This invariably leaves Roland weakened and disorientated for several hours due to the profound strain of managing so many phantom limbs at once.
